This is very much not finished, and I don’t know that it ever will be.
Pairing: Spike/Buffy/Angel
Notes: I have no idea where this came from. I wasn't pondering anything, not even remotely Buffy, Spuffy or Bangel related, and then BAM! this thought out of nowhere of Angel talking to Spike about Buffy. I also don't normally dabble in fanfiction. Anything I've done even remotely fanfic related has been trashed long ago, I'm sure. Which makes this little thing even weirder than normal.
Spoilers: Perhaps plenty. I'm gonna say pretty much anything through BtVS: Seasons 1-6, AtS: Seasons 1-3(1/2)? Making this take place shortly after the boys return from Italy in Season 4 of AtS.
Disclaimer: I don't claim to own anything from B:tVS or A:tS. This is written for pure entertainment purposes, and not for any profit whatsoever.

Spike pushes open the nearly closed door to Angel's office and strides in, his long coat trailing behind him. Seeming intent on some purpose he slides sideways over the edge of the large couch near the windows in the office and plops down, one leg dangling over the arm rest.
"Do ever regret coming here?"
Angel looks up from his desk piled with paperwork to gaze around his posh office with it's specially tinted windows. He thinks for a moment about the changes that coming Wolfram & Hart brought to his life (or unlife, as it were) as he continues taking in the office decor, his eyes coming to rest on the platinum-blonde vampire across the room from him. Another interesting suprise Wolfram & Hart somehow managed to bring him.
"To Wolfram & Hart?"
"No." Spike looks to meet Angel's eyes across the long office. "I meant L.A. Do you regret coming to L.A. Leaving Sunnydale and all?"
"Oh." Just the mention of Sunnydale brings the blonde haired/blue eyed face of Buffy to forefront of Angels thoughts. His drops his gaze back to his paperwork, losing himself in thoughts of his years in Sunnydale. Spike lets him sit silent for a few moments. Watching the wrinkle in the older vampires forehead, and knowing that the brooding face can only be hiding thoughts of one thing.
"What I mean is, do you regret this life of fighting evil in L.A. when you could've stayed in Sunnydale with her?"
Angel's keeps his head lowered, trying to keep his anger bridled. What he wants is to tell this brash vampire just how many things he regrets in his past. Focusing his gaze on the paperwork in front of him, he speaks low and calmly, "Spike, what is your problem? Why are you bugging me with this? I really don't want to talk about it."
"Because I regret staying here. I miss Dru sometimes, I sure as hell miss Buffy, and I don't know why I'm here. I was just wondering if you felt the same."
"If I missed Dru? Or Buffy? Or if I just hate L.A. as much as you seem to? How about all of the above?" Angel still refusing to meet Spike's gaze, afraid to bring up everything about their past, he stands moving to the door of his office and closes it. He clenches his fists, trying to siphon his anger off into something other than yelling, or fighting.
